I am using gateway NV55C and it does not charge continuously so product won't perfectly fit for NV55C and battery back up is 40 min for my laptop and it's not charging well

Well, I went through many reviews on the site for this battery, and ordered one. But to my surprise, battery was getting discharged within 60 mins. I followed all the instructions properly, but still it was not giving me proper backup. At last, I returned it, and now waiting to explore other brand.One star for the prompt delivery of Acerbatterycanada, another for the pickup and money transit.Nothing for product.

In less than five months the battery is totally dead. They don't respond to email though as per their claim, it is still covered by warranty.
