Do I need to create an account to place an order?
No need. You can place an order without an account at acerbatterycanada.com. After finishing your payment, your order will be processed. When the item is to leave our warehouse, you will receive an automatic confirmation email with tracking information about your parcel. How do I track my order?

- Repack the original package with everything received.
- Write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package and send it back to us.
- Once your package is received back in our warehouse, the item will be tested and we will process your refund/exchange within 3-7 business days.
When can I get a refund after I returned the item?

Then the refund funds will be posted to you, please allow 5 to 7 business days for your bank to make it available. The processing time varies and according to your bank's policy.
